What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We are flexible on MOQ and can accommodate sample orders, prototypes, and low-volume production runs. Contact us with your specific requirements and we will advise accordingly.

What materials do you work with?

We work primarily with mild steel, CRCA (Cold Rolled Close Annealed), HRCA (Hot Rolled), and stainless steel (SS 304). Special materials can be sourced on request.

Can you develop tooling for a new part?

Yes. We have a fully equipped in-house die manufacturing facility with CNC lathes, milling machines, and surface grinders. We can develop progressive dies, blanking dies, and forming tools from your drawing or sample.

Do you support PPAP and PFMEA?

Absolutely. We provide full PPAP documentation and PFMEA capability for all new product introductions, supporting smooth OEM qualification processes.

What is your typical lead time for new parts?

For standard parts with existing tooling, lead time is typically 2–4 weeks. For new tooling development, lead time is 6–10 weeks depending on die complexity. We always strive to beat standard lead times for urgent requirements.

Do you serve customers outside Haryana?

Yes. We supply to customers across India and are open to export enquiries. Our proximity to Delhi NCR provides excellent logistics access to all major industrial hubs.
